Charlotte Rowland

Charlotte joined the WS Planning Team in 2021 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a BA (Hons) in Geography and in 2022, she was promoted to Planner.

She studied at Reigate Grammar School for 7 years which gave her a well-rounded knowledge of the town and surrounding areas.

In 2022, Charlotte undertook the role of Planning Officer for a 12 month period on behalf of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, handling over 100 householder planning applications in the Borough. This additional experience provided an excellent perspective of the planning process by working for the public and private sector. This has given her a crucial perspective and knowledge of the planning system.
