Our WS Planning & Architecture team worked in close collaboration on behalf of Arthur Wait Ltd, delivering planning and architectural services.
The project involved the architectural design, coordination of consultants, and planning for the erection of six attractive, two-storey terraced houses, all thoughtfully planned to provide comfortable and functional living spaces. The scheme incorporated dedicated car parking spaces to meet residents’ needs, discreetly designed bin storage facilities, and a well-considered boundary treatment at the rear to ensure privacy.
Provisions for both pedestrian and vehicular access were carefully integrated into the layout.
The proposal was complemented by associated landscaping to enhance the overall appearance, creating an appealing and well-designed residential environment.

This was another successful project that bought in the services of our Preferred Partners, giving our client the best chance of success through the planning and design stages. It was also one of first to be determined with BNG as a consideration and this obstacle was overcome through the close collaboration between our architects, planners, the client’s ecology consultant, and our Preferred Partner BNG provider to arrive at the optimal solution and obtain the Council’s agreement.
