Project Outline

The proposal was submitted following a previous approval and amended via Section73 to improve the layouts and design. The external layout was also amended to remove the in out driveway and provide the detached dwelling with its own private parking area leaving a shared driveway for the pair or semi-detached dwellings.

Finished to a very high specification these properties make a significant improvement to the character of the area as well as raising the density of development to help boost the supply of housing.
