Beth Dalgleish

Beth joined the WS Planning Team as a Graduate Planner in October 2024, as she graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in BA(Hons) Urban Planning in July.

The degree focused on creating an understanding on the most sustainable way to use space. During the course I developed knowledge on planning policy, how to engage with communities, and how urban design effects the way everyone interacts with their environment and the people around them.

Beth has been a part of the local community, having attended Reigate Sixth Form College and is excited to be back in the local area after university. She also completed work experience at Mole Valley District Council where she got to work on the regeneration project of transform Leatherhead.

Beth has always enjoyed hiking with friends and family. One of my favourite holidays was walking the Cornish coastal path with my parents. Since moving back to the area she has joined Dorking RFC which has relit her love for team sports.
